Join one of the most unique expeditions on the planet! At the end of the Polar Bear Point season, your journey begins as we move the Tundra Buggy Lodge to Cape Churchill. Located another 20 miles to the east of Polar Bear Point, the Cape is the location for the most breathtaking and exciting polar bear photography available.
This is a Specialist level trip and is intended for those interested in the ultimate bear watching and photography expedition.
This trip was developed originally from what was an end-of-season staff expedition and has became more and more popular among veterans of past Gordon Point trips. Now, more than 50% of each year's participants are often repeats from previous years! The venerable 'Cape Trip', as it is affectionately known among many of us, has produced more professional photographs and wildlife documentaries of polar bears than any other source. Television productions that have joined the Cape Trip in the past include: National Geographic, BBC, Wild Kingdom, Wild America, ABC and many others.
