Trip Overview

A specialized tour that spends the maximum amount of time on the tundra viewing or photographing polar bears. These are all-inclusive tours, led by either an expert naturalist or a professional photographer.
The Specialist Tour offers the following options. Specialist Photography Tour: Designed for photographers, amateur and professional. We maintain a low occupancy on the passenger buggy so there is ample window space for everyone and their camera equipment. Led by professional photographers who are not only extremely knowledgeable about the bears and their habits, but also know the best angles and light conditions for that special shot.

Itinerary & Departure Dates

Typical 8 day Itinerary
Day 1 Arrive Winnipeg.
Dinner with guide and group. Overnight Winnipeg.
Day 2 Fly to Churchill. Town orientation.

Day 3 - 6 Days spent on the tundra with expert guide,
viewing and photographing polar bears and other Arctic wildlife.
Day 7 After time for some souvenir shopping, fly to Winnipeg for the farewell dinner with group and overnight.
Day 8 Fly home.
