Trip Overview

Remote desert oases, 4WD Safari & Camel Trek, Cairo, Luxor & Red Sea. On this desert adventure we explore tiny oases, camp beneath starlit skies, ride camels through the dunes, discover fantastic ancient wonders and relax and swim in the clear waters of the Red Sea.
Although graded 'gentle', this desert journey visits some of Egyptís wildest landscapes. Be prepared for basic conditions and long driving days. Bring a sleeping bag.

Day 1 Join tour Cairo
Day 2 Pyramids, Museum. Bahariya oasis
Day 3 Bahariya; 4WD journey
Day 4/5 Farafra. 4WD trip to White Desert & camel trek to Dakhla camp		 Day 6 Visit medieval village; drive to Luxor
Day 7 Luxor; visit Valley of the Kings & Karnak temple
Day 8/9 Hurghada; boat cruise on Red Sea. Snorkelling
Day 10/11 Drive to Cairo; then free for optional excursions
Day 12 Tour ends Cairo
