Trip Overview

The ultimate trip to explore Costa Rica's incredibly diverse scenery including wonderful national parks, active volcanoes and a plethora of wildlife.
These tours are designed to suit travellers aged from 18 to 60 years old who love the concept of being able to travel on many different forms of transport with the local people. There is a certain amount of involvement needed which may mean occasionally carrying your own bags to the bus or train station or even helping the driver throw everyone's packs onto the roof. The maximum group size is 21 however, on some included excursions, this number may occasionally be larger.
Clients of all ages are welcome but you must bear in mind that you will need to harmonise with the recommended age group and over 60's may be required to obtain a medical certificate stating they are in good health. If you enjoy meeting and interacting with local people and don't mind roughing it occasionally, then these trips will be just right for you.
