Trip Overview

The complete Iceland experience; waterfalls, lava flows, icecaps, deep fjords, geysers, hot springs and whale-watching. Iceland is a remarkable country with landscapes and geographical phenomena like nowhere else. This comprehensive trip covers a huge variety of what the country has to offer without ever feeling rushed. Iceland's unique geology has left the land dotted with fissures and volcanoes, geysers and lava flows. The scenery is a bizarre mix of towering peaks, rolling grassland, black volcanic desert, huge icecaps and tumbling glaciers - all of which we explore thoroughly on our 'full-circle' route. Sightseeing is generally done on foot and there are a number of optional walks (max 2-3 hours).
