| Days 1 & 2
- Kathmandu. Rich with cultural and artistic heritage, Kathmandu
is Nepal's largest city. Climb to the Monkey Temple for great
views, join pilgrims at Bodhnath stupa and try to catch a glimpse
of the living Goddess in Durbar Square.
Days 3 to 8 - Helambu trek. This area is home to the Tamangs
and Sherpa; friendly and hospitable people with strong family
and cultural ties. We trek through this land of diversity where
steeply cut rice terraces and deep green valleys give way to
sparsely populated forests of oak and rhododendron, all set
against a distant horizon of mountain peaks.
Days 9 & 10 - Bhaktapur. Timeless, atmospheric Bhaktapur
is a town of beautiful temples and palaces. Stroll the narrow
lanes beneath traditional Newari wooden houses or sit in one
of the many squares and become part of the local life
Days 11 & 12 - Pokhara. Nestled in the shadow of the Annapurna
Range, the delightful lakeside town of Pokhara offers cafes,
bazaars, temples and panoramic views from the top of nearby
Sarangkot.

Days 13 - Bandipur. High
on a ridge is this little known trading village, featuring a heritage
lodge, traditional food, friendly locals and stunning views of
the Annapurna and Manaslu mountain ranges.
Days 14 &15 - Seti Rafting. Tighten up your lifejacket and
hold on to your paddle as we hit world class rapids and thunder
down the mighty Seti River.
Days 16, 17 & 18 - Chitwan National Park. Royal Chitwan National
Park offers some of the best wildlife viewing in Asia. We walk
through grasslands and forest, accompanied by expert local guides
to see some of the park's many species.
Days 19 & 20 - Kathmandu. Back amid Kathmandu's busy streets,
indulging in some last minute shopping is a must before our final
